Hi All,
I am currently using my company-provided partner account to complete my ServiceNow trainings and certifications. Previously, I was using my personal email ID for the same, but I’ve now switched to the company account to take advantage of partner benefits.
I would like to understand the following
Is there a process to sync my current training progress from my company account to my personal account or vice versa?
If I complete any course or certification under my company account, can the progress or completion status be reflected in my personal account as well?
- Would it be more beneficial to continue using the company account for all activities and merge the accounts later when I leave the organization, or should I request the merge now?
