Hi Everyone,
I am nearing the end of the Systems Admin Fundamentals course, and when I created the Personal Developer Instance to do the capstone project, the interface looks completely different than the instances in the course itself, and I have no idea how to even get to the incident form for task 1. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi @pdowney27
1st point: You may or may not get the exact data or plugins that were available in the lab instance and PDI. If your interface looks different, it might be a user issue.
To resolve this, go to the Developer site, log in to your profile, click on your profile, and on the left side, change the user role. Make sure you select "admin" and save the changes.

It's Day 2 of working through the SNAF Capstone Project. My PDI reverted back to the ‘user’ role despite my updating it to the ‘admin’ role yesterday. I’ve given it time to load, cleared cache/cookies, restarted my computer and the role remains 'Creator User'. I am unable to proceed with the project without Admin role. I don’t believe there is support for my PDI. Should I just release my PDI, lose my work and take a new one? Thanks for any suggestions.
