Task 09: Remediate Duplicates - Reset?

I am having a great deal of trouble completing Task 09: Remediate Duplicates on the configuring the CMDB. After completing it incorrectly, there is not anyway to go back and complete it again because there is a server record missing. Is it possible to rest the task without resetting the entire simulator and can someone please provide some suggestions on what I need to complete. I am very confused about the wording.

did you retain the oldest ci record and delete the duplicate? Assigned to, company, cost center where to be merged from the duplicate record

Yes, Initially we choose the CI record with max Related items. Assigned to, Company and Cost center values and relationships are merged from duplicate record to the oldest CI record.

Just display the "Cost Center" attribute (Context Menu>Configure>Form Layout) and then set it up manually: 

- Cost Center: Customer Support

- Company: ACME Australia

- Assigned to: Kyle Ferri
