Task 09: Remediate Duplicates - Reset?

I am having a great deal of trouble completing Task 09: Remediate Duplicates on the configuring the CMDB. After completing it incorrectly, there is not anyway to go back and complete it again because there is a server record missing. Is it possible to rest the task without resetting the entire simulator and can someone please provide some suggestions on what I need to complete. I am very confused about the wording.

I did the same thing, unfortunately. In the work notes of the remediate duplicate task record there was a link to the deleted record. Click on it and click the Undelete Record button. You may also need to set the state of the DUP task record to Open if it doesn't generate a new one.

Hi All, If you want to reset the Task09 and failed  , Type Deleted Records (sys_audit_delete.list) in the application

you can again find it in de-duplication task, then make task's status is open , then only the remediate option will be active. Then do the rest of the steps.

I have failed this Task and did it by following the above steps and Passed the task.

navigator filter. If the table is audited and direct deletion occurred, you may find the record here and click Restore/undelete.

Hope this is Helpful.
