TASK 4 - Assessment simulator task 4: Create a Visual Task Board (VTB) ISSUE

When I select the 3 Incidents, this is what I get: You have no Freeform Boards

Hey @gmacias,

That message appears because there are no Visual Task Boards (Freeform boards) created yet for your user.

To resolve this:

1. Navigate to Self-Service > Visual Task Boards
   

   

2. Go to My Task Boards

3. Click New and select Freeform Board

4. Create the board and update the label (for example, My Incidents)

   

5. Save the board

Once the freeform board exists, go back to the Incident list, select the 3 incidents, and you should now see the option to add them to your newly created board.
