A. sn_knowledge_import
B. sn_knowledge contribute
C. Can contribute
D. Can import
which is the correct ans A or C I searched on different sources and the answer is 50 50 im preparing for CSA so i need surety

Take your study guides, gather them into one pile, and BURN THEM.
Then start using the platform itself to answer the question.
- Go to the roles table and see if you can find sn_knowledge_import or sn_knowledge_contribute
- Go to Docs and search on any of those terms. (literally my first result on docs answered the question)
- Get inside the app and verify.

To Import a Word document to a knowledge base, You must have Can Contribute access to at least one active knowledge base.
