The CSA training path has been completed, but while trying to register for the pearson vue still the payment page not reflecting as 0 $.

it looks like your profile is inactive but I'll note it here for future references: training is free but the CSA exam itself isn't.

Hi ,

Since late 2025 , the voucher concept is no longer valid i.e you complete fundamental course and will receive voucher.

You need to register the exam via Pearson Vue from ServiceNow University

In Servicenow University - No Certification exam is free of cost until and unless any  campaign /promo is going on.

Currently, there is no free promo is going on for CSA.

So You have to pay Registration cost +tax using credit card or learning points.

If you are a working, your organization has Partner Portal Access/Company Access then you can attempt it for free.

Else, you have to pay for it to attempt the exam.
