The ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals course is required for my career path, but I have my CSA. Do I still have to take the course? If not, how do I enter this into the system?

Hi @joanjettt ,

Please remember, that the career path are only suggestions containing existing training, hence they are not required to take. If you would like to complete the career path, then you need to take the ServiceNow Administrations Fundaments once again, as some changes have been made to the training since you took it the first time.

I'm in the same situation. I haven't done it yet, but my intention is to skim and click through the Admin Fundamentals training quickly, so it gets marked as complete. I'm treating the exercise as an opportunity to review my CSA training (which I did a couple of years ago). When a topic comes up that's I'm not 100% confident on, I'll slow down and review it. I figure there's always an opportunity to learn something new, even if you already have the certification.

That's what I'll probably do too. It will be good practice. ðŸ˜Š

@joanjettt Unfortunately, there is no other way you will have to complete the Administration fundamentals course if you wish to complete all the required courses for the career path.

I was in the similar situation when I was pursuing the career journey for application developer and I had to complete the ServiceNow Administration fundamentals despite having the CSA certification.

What's odd is that on the Career Journey page it says 'Equivalency'.  But I couldn't find an explanation for it.Capture.PNG
