Tokyo CSA delta exam - This content cannot be enrolled in directly

Hi all,

the title says it - when I try to start the Tokyo CSA Delta I am given the error message "Tokyo CSA delta exam - This content cannot be enrolled in directly". I've registered a support case but am also wondering if anyone else here has experience this, and if so how you have solved it?

Hi @Tommy SN Sahlin 

May be you have not paid maintenance fees which shows on the home page of Nowlearning portal which is mandatory before Delta exam. If you have paid during San Diego Upgrade already, you won't have to pay but I guess you have to confirm before proceeding to enroll for Tokyo Delta exams.

Can you share screenshot of error if your issue still does not resolves.

thanks for your reply! My maint fee isn't due until mid-Feb next year, but maybe that's the reason. Here's the screenshot:

Your mainline certificate is still valid? You have given Delta certificate of San Diego right?

If your certification is still valid you must be getting below error message on homepage of Nowlearning portal:

On clicking 'Lets fix this', you will get list of your valid certificate At Risk certificates as below:

Then click on your certificate and it will redirect you to the correct Tokyo Delta exam where you can enroll and complete your Delta exam.

As you mentioned above steps , i have tried but i am facing same issue and after click also i am  getting same error, like "This content cannot be enrolled in directly. Can you please suggest me to complete the Tokyo exam.
