Webassessor Email

Hi I have joined new organisation and want to link my Webassessor Email to new now learning account but it say it is already linked to previous account. How could I update it?

Hi @Neeraj Sharma10,

You have to login to https://learning.servicenow.com/ and have to check Webassessor Email address and if required update it.

Hi @Neeraj Sharma10 ,

Now learning will display certifications the mail that it was linked.

To update the Webassessor Email login to Now Learning 

1. Go to the Profile which is on top right.

2. Go to My Preferences > Webassessor Email Address and click on Edit to update email.

3. If not able to update email then login to Now learning Home > Help> Create Support Case.

In case your Webassessor email is linked with some old account and you don’t have access to that Now Learning account to unlink it from there. Kindly raise a case using:
https://learning.service-now.com/lxp?id=csm_get_help&sys_id=116f409adbc22810f51b7d71ba961970

Asking to unlink the webassessor email from old account and link it with Your new organisation's Now
learning account.
