Knowledge 2022 was back and in-person! After two years away, the Training and Certification Team (TACO) was excited to bring all kinds of amazing learning opportunities to attendees from all around the globe. TACO traveled to New York, The Hague, Las Vegas, and Sydney, bringing with us our deep bench of Training Professionals and robots – yes, robots!

TACO showcased the VINCE (virtual inclusion) learning robots and an immersive Virtual Reality experience, custom built by our very own TACOx team. Attendees were able to engage directly with these innovative technologies to showcase the frontier of out-of-classroom learning.

In addition to all this amazing technology, TACO engaged with customers and partners from all over the world via the Show Floor Expo; sharing the value of training, the importance of continual learning paths, and how to get the most out of Now Learning.

In New York and Las Vegas, attendees who were just beginning their journey with ServiceNow, were able to engage with industry professionals during ServiceNow Fundamentals and IT Service Management Fundamentals courses which were delivered live and in person for the first time in two years.
