I got the below message error in the middle of my training course lesson. I have tried logging off and back on and still getting this error.

If you’re still experiencing the issue, try clearing the cache and retrying. If it continues, go ahead and log a new learning case.

I think it should work now, might be some deployment happening at that point of time.
About the "Save" related red text- It is functionality now before moving to next topic, everytime we need to click the Save button on the top right, to record the progress.

just hit save on the right top and carry on, I think these now popping up all over the on-demand courses.
