Training Dashboard: columns to click and extract to Excel report not showing

Dear community,

All of a sudden my training adm dashboard stopped showing the column names at the top of the table, and therefore there is no way for me to click and extract a report for example in Excel. I tried to find answers but I couldn't find help anywhere so I'm sharing here to see if anyone could help me. I do have the profile for this kind of access, it was working before...thank you!

This may be caused by the "additional group by" option in the report.
Can you try to remove all the additional group by's?

If that does not help, try to go to a normal list view with the same type of records as you rreports -> personalize list columns (wheel icon top right) and reset your list via the "reset to column defaults" option:
