@peter_eberle On Demand sessions are pre-recorded training sessions which are available on https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp which a trainee can enroll to enhance their knowledge, the biggest advantage of these courses is the flexibility they offer. Trainees can opt go through these courses at their own pace.

Instructor led Sessions: Instructor led sessions are often delivered by ServiceNow trainers often in-person or through online session. These sessions are delivered live and trainees need to follow a specific training schedule prepared by the trainers, these trainings are typically organised for 8 hours a day (with some breaks in between) and span over 1-2 days.

Hope this helps.

One key difference for some of the courses: on demand does not give you ebook but the instructor led training session. This ebook is very very very useful if you are planing for exam. It covers most of the exam topics

Hi @peter_eberle ,

The difference is just as stated: On demand = selfstudy, Instructor led course = Instructor led.
