Training Videos

Hello, I'm in the process of rolling out ServiceNow to the enterprise and I wanted to give the associates several short tutorial videos in the meantime (less than 20min long each) on ServiceNow platform overview, How to Create a Change Request, How to Create a Service Catalog Request, How to Create a Incident Ticket. I've looked on Youtube but the everything seemed very lengthy. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I am a trainer as well and i can understand that you need short videos but you need to understand, in 20 mins you cant show every step or it will be hurry. Instead of searching on YouTube, pefer to show demo to yiur user and record that session but before that please note down wht points / area you are going to cover in each session.

CSA exam cost is USD 300 + taxes for 1st attempt , in case you fail then 4 attempts you can give but need to pay USD100 + Taxes and after 4th attempt you need to go through the course again with full payment.

Thanks for the reply - the short videos would be the preparatory step before we conduct live demo/walkthroughs.
