unabke to create my PDI

Hi,

I am trying to create my personal developer instance but everytime I am trying I am getting the below error.

"You need a valid App Engine Studio license to continue working.

Any work done in App Engine Studio will be available once this license is reinstated. To reinstate your App Engine license, contact your ServiceNow admin."

Any suggests on how can I resolve this?

@anujashome Try requesting a new PDI after some time, looks like there is some issue going on which is not letting you request a PDI. Ideally, this should get resolved in next couple of hours. Unfortunately, there is no official support for PDIs and except waiting for sometime and trying again is the only option left.

Try to get a PDI on Xanadu and upgrade it to latest version once you are able to access the instance.

This is a common issue reported in recent times and requesting a lower version and upgrading it later seems to work.

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

Hi @anujashome,

If clicking Start Building redirects you to the App Engine Studio URL, try using the following link with your instance name to access it directly:

URL: https://<<YOUR_INSTANCE>>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/ui_page.do%3Fsys_id%3Dcf7b870d47d12210ac78f884116d43f7

Another option is to create a new PDI using a different Gmail account.

Thanks,

Pradeep
