Hello, I am experiencing an issue where the Now Learning login page keeps reloading indefinitely, preventing me from accessing my account. This issue started after my account was merged, and I have been unable to complete any troubleshooting steps because I can’t log in at all. While I wait for a resolution, I would also like to know if it is possible to have my Webassessor account unlinked from my current Now Learning profile so that I can associate it with another account. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to request this change? Thank you in advance for your help!
