I completed the "ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals On Demand" course on March 17, 2025, which is a prerequisite for claiming the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam voucher. However, when I attempt to claim the voucher, the system indicates that one of the prerequisites has not been met, despite my having completed the required course.
I kindly request your assistance in reviewing and updating my course completion status so I can proceed with the voucher claim. I am happy to provide proof of course completion if needed.

You need to see what is missing here, seems the webassessor not linked or if it is requested wait for 24-48 hrs, and still issue, log a now learning case and team will help you.
