Unable to claim the CSA voucher after completing my On demand course

Hi dears,
I have completed the Service now fundamentals on demand Course and got the eligiblity to claim the CSA voucher. But when i'm trying to claim it again, it asks to pay again. I have purchased the course by paying 300 USD already. Could someone help me out here please.

Hi
in on-demand courses, a voucher is not included, and you really have to pay it additionally.
Only for instructor-led courses, a voucher is included.

I agree with Maik , the on-demand course doesn't include voucher. The CSA on-demand and the voucher has to be bought separately.

If you think that you're entitled to a voucher but haven't received any, please create a case with the NowLearning team which can help you forward in your request.
