After the CSA Exam is suspended they provide 50% discount voucher

My CSA exam is got suspended I have ask for new voucher team provide a 50% discount voucher is it possible to get voucher for free of cost ?

I don't think voucher will be free - they already gave you 50% discount. Still if you want to inquire, please raise a case with Servicenow or follow up on your old case. (If you have any)

Community may not be the right forum to provide the correct answer as exam suspension could be for various reasons.

Create a case with Now Learning help center and they typically respond on same day,

If you chose online proctored exam and exam was suspended, check if you met all pre-requisites and suspension was through no fault of yours. I would personally choose Onsite Proctored every time I book the exam as it gives peace of mind and ownership of providing the resources for exam resides with Proctor Testing Center

It is unlikely that you will receive a completely free voucher, as the 50% discount is usually given for specific reasons like exam suspensions. Free vouchers are generally not offered. I recommend raising your case through the ServiceNow NowLearning Help Center, explaining your situation clearly, and requesting if the discount can be increased to a full voucher.

Currently, there is no scheme or campaign offering a 50% discount, especially for retake exams. You will need to pay the retake fee yourself.

Your exam has been suspended. This could be due to suspected malpractice or another reason. It’s recommended that you raise a new support case to get clarification. If the issue is resolved, you may be eligible to receive a free voucher for a retake
