Unable to find Voucher after completion of Servicenow Fundamentals on demand course

Hi All,

I have recently finished my ServiceNow fundamentals on demand course. It says I would receive a voucher which I can redeem for my CSA  certification upon completion of training. But, when I navigate to vouchers page, it's empty. Can someone please help?
