I have had a similar issue but slightly different, I completed all the modules and was informed i received a CSA Voucher which i clicked on the link. But, its telling me i have only a few days to claim it when in fact you should have 12 months to claim. - I emailed the support team, they have replyed with a reference number and are looking into it.
My guess is there are a number of bugs they are still trying to work out with their new Training platform. Bare with them, they will get back to you with a solution.
