Unable to get CAD Voucher

I have successfully completed the Application Development Fundamentals On-Demand courses for CAD Exam on Feb 2nd, 2023, and at the end, I received the "You've unlocked the Eligibility for CAD Voucher Badge!" notification.
However, I can't find the CAD voucher in my Vouchers section under My Profile.
I have opened the ticket on Feb 2nd, 2023 but no response from the support team yet.
Is there a waiting period after completion?

Hi Karthick,
Purchasing the course provide you access to the learning materials such as eBook, and training videos. There is a note under each voucher which state and I quote "NOTE: Voucher may require payment." Furthermore, check the terms and condition of the voucher.

Thank you! Now learning confirmed that vouchers are free only for Instructor Led Courses.

Unless otherwise specified that voucher is included, most vouchers require some form of payment. If you have any coupon codes you can use them as well.
