Unable to get my voucher code issue and Unable to make Payment via credit card.

Hello,
I’m trying to claim my voucher, but I can’t find any voucher code in my email. I’ve already searched my mail inbox to see if I received the voucher code from the ServiceNow community, but I haven't found it. Could you please assist me in obtaining the voucher code so that I can apply for the exam?
Additionally, whenever I try to make a payment with my credit card (the only payment method), I am unable to complete the transaction. I keep receiving an error message.
"We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again or use different payment method"
Could you please help me with this issue asap. As i want to complete my CSA certifications.

The best way is to raise a case with the Now Learning Support-Now Learning - Help Center (servicenow.com).

I have been waiting about a week with same issue, I have called my credit cards (no issues) as suggested, used several cards, cleared cache, used incognito mode, changed computers still the same issue.

@Vish11, I have been trying for the past 5 days. This is not a new issue. This is a known error, but none mentioned a solution on the community platform. please share your solution once the issue gets resolved.

Hi @saritasharm ,
The voucher will be available on learning portal, My Learning Profile -> My Voucher section, click the "Claim" button and voucher code will visible which is subject to other condition like "if all pre-requisites completed" or payment done or not, in case of payment required, it will show the next page.
If credit card has some issue, then wait or check with some other card. Also check if there is any restriction at credit card side.
