Unable to get my voucher code issue and Unable to make Payment via credit card.

Hello,
I’m trying to claim my voucher, but I can’t find any voucher code in my email. I’ve already searched my mail inbox to see if I received the voucher code from the ServiceNow community, but I haven't found it. Could you please assist me in obtaining the voucher code so that I can apply for the exam?

Additionally, whenever I try to make a payment with my credit card (the only payment method), I am unable to complete the transaction. I keep receiving an error message.

"We are unable to take payment at this time. Please try again or use different payment method" 

Could you please help me with this issue asap. As i want to complete my CSA certifications.

At least for me I am past all of those steps and at the payment screen and used several cards and checked with credit card companies, cleared browser cache, used a different computer and did everything else possible. But still getting this attached error, opened a case.

Hello Anusha, No luck so far, I have been following almost daily with ServiceNow Learning Support after opening the case. Hoping it gets resolved soon.

This issue is now resolved. Thanks to @Anisa Chaudry  from ServiceNow Training and Adoption for her help in resolving this issue. The resolution is to get your email to which Now Learning account is connected added to some sort of credit card list paddle maintains. This seems to be a paddle (credit card merchant processing) issue. Hope that helps.
