Unable to launch exam on webassesor?

Hi community,
I had scheduled ITSM certification through online proctored today but when I clicked on Launch , it navigated me back to same page (Launch Page) and I was not able to start the exam.
I checked with Kryterion customer centre, they are saying the issue is not with website but with my system. As my system is completely new I don’t think it’s my system issue. So they are asking to borrow the laptop from any friends or family member. But I can’t as I have only this laptop.
Could someone please suggest on this?

Did you check your laptop satisfies the system requirements criteria?

If you are experiencing issues while taking the online exam, reach out to Kryterion Support Team for by completing the form at: Kryterion Support or by using their chat feature.
ServiceNow is unable to provide immediate support on the day of your exam. If you are unable to complete the exam you must take screenshots of the issue or provide the chat transcript with the Kryterion support when you submit a case to ServiceNow.

If you are not getting another attempt, along with Kryterion, reach out to ServiceNow Support by creating a case for them and explain about the Technical issue you have faced.
They will re issue the exam voucher to you.
