Unable to login to my now learning portal

Hi,
I want to transfer my certifcates from company mail id to my perosnal mail id.
But I am unable to login to my personal now learning profile. when I click on login it says like this,

Hi,
If you have merged your 2 different Mail Ids (Official/Personal) then wait for 3-5 days as mentioned in the error message. If it already 3-5 days then try to login with only with the primary email id (It may be your official or personal - you need to recall which one you merged with which one). Even if it is not working then raise a case with ServiceNow. Whom to Contact for which purpose, can be found here:-
