Transfer my Certifications to personal email id from company's email id

Hi,

I have two certifications which are attached to company's mail id. I would like to transfer that to personal email id. How can I do that?

Log a now learning case from personal id and tell team your both id and team will do transfer. 

It take 5 to 7 days.

What error you are getting? Bcz i logged in from my personal email id in now learning.

You should be able to download your certifications from Now Learning account.

Log in from your personal laptop.
