unable to login to nowlearning portal

After loggin into nowlearning portal, page refreshes between sso and nowlearning forever. Can anyone help me with it?
@Jim Poisson - I see you helped with similar issue in community, can you help with it?

Hi there,
We all as random community members can't do anything for you.
Perhaps you could try a different browser? Incognito?
Just wondering, you do refer to an incident, what kind a incident is that, at who? Not Now Learning at least?

I tried using different browser and incognito mode. Incident i shared is submitted on nowlearning through chat bot(sso support).

Are you getting any specific error, or is the page just loading continuously? Did you recently make any changes to your email ID or merge your account? If yes, please share more details so we can help you better.

@venkat101 try your gmail account again. It looks like the final steps of the merge from your previous account didn't complete. I had support address that.
