Unable to Pass the Servicenow Admin Cert

I have taken the ServiceNow Admin Cert twice and have failed both times. I'm getting frustrated with failing the cert test. Not sure if I should just quit. Study the online course (twice), watch YouTube videos, flash cards and bought some practice test. Study up on all the areas that I got low % on the first test. I was getting 80-90% on all my practice test. Did about 20 different practice test. So I felt very prepared. But how wrong I was. The questions were way harder than they should be. Some of the question where not covered in the online course or on the practice test. Also I really hate the multiple choice answer questions. Some of them you have to pick 3-5 correct answers in a giant list. Which if you miss one answers you don't get the point. Which 10 of the 60 are multiple choice answer questions. I'm not sure what to study. There isn't much online other from the online course. If there is something online to study, it's really old. Can't get a Job in ServiceNow with out the cert. I'm not sure what to do.

To prepare

- Training / Now learning is only and only best source of truth.

- Udemy / Quizlet and other sites are examples not the same as Now Learning training has.

- Spend only 1-2 hr and cover one topic max. 

- Make notes.

I have a lot of hands on time (years) with platform, and have an instance at my disposal to work through coursework.  The elusive "e-book" does sounds like a missing component, and it's NOT included with the on-demand training option.

Unfortunate to have committed time to fundamentals training slotted ahead of CSA exam on ServiceNow literature to find the fundamentals content on-demand provided no benefit to me for the exam.  Employer is out the fundamentals training and exam fees and I have lost time.

I suspect my weakness around scripting, limited time with flow designer and data migration are where I'll need focus and build strength.  The wasted/lost time, and anxiety around the Kryterion OLP exam experience were tough pills to swallow.

Hi Andy, What is the e-book you referring here, is this the one we get from instructor base training?

I understand the e-book referenced is something provided with instructor lead training (ILT).  You don't get this with the on-demand training.  From conversations this week, ILT is a preferred option to take prior to CSA exam.
