Have CSA certification , Do I have to do the new ServiceNow Administration Fundamental course?

Hi,

I have ServiceNow CSA certification and completed the courses  one including "ServiceNow Fundamentals"

which now has been evolved as "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals" .

I recently got my ServiceNow CAD certification and now I am planning to start preparing on ServiceNow CSI certification in any of the product line.

But , when I see the path to any of implementer certification , the path contains "ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals" as one of the requirement to be completed to do the certification and the content is a fee.

But the content release of SNAF article - KB0011256 says we don't have to the course again.

Article -"https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0011256&sys_kb_id=dc00ff60972cad1057f370871153af3e&spa=1".

How do I proceed further?

Thanks,

Anitha K

Hi there,

Indeed, you don't need to take it again, ServiceNow Fundamentals just has been renamed.

If the registration on Now Learning might be incorrect, then do open a personal Now Learning case on the Now Learning website. Though it should al be fine.
