Unable to proceed after clicking “Resume” during exam registration

Hello Team,

I am trying to register and schedule the Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM) (CIS‑DF) exam through ServiceNow University.

Previously, my exam registration expired, so I clicked on “Retake exam” and started the process again.

Steps I followed:

  • Entered my details and confirmed them
  • Accepted the Terms and Conditions
  • Reached the final step with the “Resume” button

However, when I click on “Resume”, nothing happens:

  • No redirection to Pearson VUE
  • No new tab or window opens
  • The page remains stuck

What I already tried:

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Edge)
  • Normal mode (not InPrivate)
  • Cleared cache and cookies
  • Enabled popups

Still facing the same issue.


Questions:

  1. Has anyone faced this issue before?
  2. Is this a known issue with Pearson VUE redirection?
  3. Do I need ServiceNow to reset my exam registration?

    Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Sirri 

Don’t worry, sometimes it takes time for the resume page to reload. It could be due to browser caching. Please try again after clearing the cache or refreshing the browser. There’s nothing to worry about.

Hi @Sirri 

 

1. Log out of ServiceNow University, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and try logging back in using an incognito window.

2. Navigate to My University in the header, click My Exams, and go to the My Current Exams widget

3.  If nothing works , Raise a case to Now learning support in Servicenow University
