Unable to Register for Exam in webassessor – No Option Visible

Hi Community,
I’m trying to register for a ServiceNow mainline certification exam via my webassessor account, but I’m not seeing any option to register. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. I understand that we can not give the exam on maintainance window, but I checked in the ServiceNow credentials program guide but in Nov there is no maintenance I could find. 

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Transition from Webassessor to Pearson VUE

  • ServiceNow University is transitioning from Webassessor (WA) exam platform to Pearson VUE on November 18, 2025.
  • Registration and voucher claiming in Webassessor will pause from November 3–17, 2025.
  • If you plan to test before the transition, claim and schedule your exam in Webassessor by November 2.
  • If you intend to test after November 17, no action is required on your part.
