Unable to reset password for Webassessor. It does not send anything to my linked email account.

I have the voucher code for a certification and I am trying to register for an exam. I need to reset my Webassessor account password to do so and it does not seem to be sending the reset email to my linked email address when I hit Forgot password. How do I resolve this issue?

Please check in SPAM or junk box once and if not working, connect with Webassessor support via chat.

I am facing same issue. Not getting Password reset link in the mail box after clicking password reset for webassessor account. How to resolve this
