Unable to use my voucher to register for an exam

Dear ServiceNow Community,
I have completed some trainings and received the exam vouchers in my previous organization, I have already merged my old company address to new one and I could see all my history(badges, vouchers and certifications).
I'm trying to register for an exam in Webassessor, but I'm getting an error "Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. If you need help linking accounts submit a case to ServiceNow."
I'd already linked my Webassessor email address in my NowLearning.
Does anyone gone through this situation or know how to use my vouchers?

create case from now learning account and wait for response. It takes time but your issue will be resolved.
