Understanding ServiceNow rates and Invoicing

Hi

I have been requested by my employer to get up to speed and develop knowledge around the ServiceNow platform particularly around the ServiceNow rates and how these are applied (licensing \ subscriptions) and how to understand our final invoice from ServiceNow.

Have looked around the training and taken a few courses but non are this specific?

Can anyone point me to any specific training for this subject please.

Many thanks.

Hi Andy,

ServiceNow doesn't publish this information anywhere as they may vary form client to client. For any Cost / Licensing related question its always best to reach out to ServiceNow and take it form there.

If you are already a customer then you can reach out to your ServiceNow Account Manager for the same.
