User credentials emailed to me don't work

ServiceNow emailed me the username and password for my instance for the Next Experience, Navigation and Access Task in Welcome to ServiceNow, but when I input them it says that they were incorrect. The help bot seems to not be working either. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with the website at the moment, or if there's something else going on.

Is this a PDI or client instance? If it’s a PDI, you can reset the password by going to the developer site again.
