i am facing error while validating task results. Screen shot is attached for reference. please look into this.

Follow the steps as below:
1. Navigate to the All menu and select Incident > All.
Use the below filter and click on Run button
Select the Priority column to sort the list so that 1-Critical incidents appear first in the list.
For this step, you have to right click on 'Priority' field and click sort(a-z)
Now, all the Priority 1 will be visible in the top of list, as below:
Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes.
For this, right click on top incident's state single time and then ctrl + shift + down arrow (hold it for few seconds). This will select state of all records. Now, double click on the state field of first record, it will show 'n' number fo record selected and you will amend it to in progress and click on green tickbox to save it.
Select the Personalize List (gear) icon to remove the "Opened" and "Updated by" columns.
Click on the gear icon:
now the list of columns will appear in a popup. Press ctrl and left click on 2 fields named 'opened' and 'updated by' as below:
Now click (<) and click on ok button
Locate INC0000055 and set the Category to Software.
Copy the number 'INC0000055' and click on magnifying glass(search icon) and paste it under the 'number' field and hit enter button. It will be as below:
In this record, we will update the 'Category field to 'Software'.
Double right click on this field and select 'software' and click on green tick icon which will save it.
Once done, now you can validate the task.
