WebAssessor - error says in shopping cart but cart is empty

How does one clear a shopping cart please? Apparently my option is already in the cart but the cart is empty. I have done all the usual , cleared cache, different devices and different browsers. Support say they cannot clear the cart.

You need to select Onsite Proctored (At Test Centers) or Online Proctored (if you want to take it online at home). Event proctored is something like a sponsored partner event or something like the recent Knowledge25 event where there was an option to test. On the next page please try to give some criteria instead of defaulting it to ALL as shown in snapshot. If you still see issues then reach to Kryterion support as mentioned in snapshot as they would be the best to resolve. Ideally I do not see any issues on my side so something on your end.

I will try that but my employer requires I link to Webassessor using my company credentials.
