Webassessor Register for an exam

Webassessor has a blank list of exams to choose from when attempting to register for an exam. I saw that others have had this issue in the past due to planned maintenance. Currently, there is planned maintenance scheduled for 11/7/23 starting at 6p, however I have been unable to register all week.. Also have not heard a work back from Now learning team after reaching out to them at certification@servicenow.com

Does anyone have any advice on how to register for an exam with this occurring?

It's currently not possible to schedule an exam because we are in the changeover period when new exams based on the Vancouver release are being loaded. This period lasts until Nov. 16, at which point you'll be able to schedule your exam.

Here's a refined version:

All mainline exams, including the CTA, require Delta certification updates. Micro-certifications, however, do not require any Delta updates.
