Webassessor registration email

When creating a Webassessor account do I need to use the same email address that the Fundamentals course was registered with?

Hi there,

No you don't need to. Just be sure to connect the mail you are using on webassessor to your NowLearning account.
(mine is also different)

You might have received a exam voucher with the course. The voucher is needed on webassessor. Though, vouchers are not registered on name / mail (you could even give it to a colleague). So also for this: no, you don't need to register the same mail.

Thanks for your reply. Just to be completely sure the following will be OK?

Course was booked and completed using work email.

Registered on NowLearning using personal email and linked with work email.

So if I register on Web Assessor with my personal email that's all I need to do?

Yes indeed, that is correct.

Webassessor mail can be anything, just make sure you attach this to your NowLearning profile. So NowLearning could be under your work mail (I have this, because on my work mail, the courses are booked for me).

Not required. But you need to use that email (thats used in webassessor) in the Now platform so that the Now Platform can recognize you and show your certification badge in your profile.

So it is better to use the same email that you have used in Now platform(if possible).
