My company is paying for my exam. I was able to get the taxes waived from the webassessor site by reaching out to customer service, but now i'm realizing I have to purchase the voucher from Service University first. Is there a way for me to get the taxes waived ? I've looked all over for a support number or email to contact Service University, but I'm not sure who to reach out to.
Also, I was told by someone who just passed the CSA, if I didn't take the exam by July 15th, I would have to start the CSA program all over because a new version is coming out. Is this true or will my current voucher still be eligible? I don't want to rush myself to take the exam next week If I don't feel ready.

If your company is paying for the exam then wouldn't it include the taxes as well for payment. If you still want to reach out to support you can reach out to Now Learning Support by clicking on the "Help Center" option you see on the ServiceNow University homepage and click on Create Case button.
For the July15th CSA exam question - Your Voucher will still be valid and there is no need to re-train or finish CSA required courses again. CSA exam is currently being administered based on the Xanadu version. It would transition to the new version Yokohama. So as long as you follow the release notes of Yokohama release and be aware of what new changes or additions are in place for the Yokohama release you should be good.

Hi @MTodd ,
If you can use your company credits to purchase voucher, I think taxes will not applied on them.

Thanks for responding, but I'm not sure what you mean by company credits.
We are in the process of implementing Service Now into our environment. Is this something I should reach out to my PM about or is there a support number/ email I can contact to find out about the credits?
