Hello community, I am taking the Welcome to ServiceNow course - but I perform the tasks and some of them do not validate their execution. So I can't finish this course and add it to my resume. Any suggestions?

The main reason for the failure could be:

Just try again by carefully following the correct instructions.

Olá @pauloconsta,

- have you been impersonating "platform_user"?

- when copy/pasted any value, ensure it is 1:1, no blank space and no missing character,

- review the values (Category, Impact etc) are correc,

- log out, log in, retry.

80 % is good enough to complete the class
