Welcome to ServiceNow Course retirement

We were made aware Friday evening of the above courses pending retirement. w had planned to make this very valuable course of of our on-boarding courses for new hires. Are there plans to replace with new content?

I do agree that its not the most informative notice other than "if theres a newer version avaliable jada jada..."

I always search for the name in the portal and see whats returned - could also be that a "path" is published to cover more content but thats on a more specific basis.

The "main" course though sees to be up to date so the returement of the micro cert is probably duo to updated questions.

We received this email. So no it is not a different course. I do not see that this requires a case nothing is broken I'm just asking if anyone has heard of a replacement.

Hi @Jeff Egel ,

I have received mails like this for other courses not for welcome to servienow so it looks like retirement of older version and moving to next version. You can navigate to the version you are enrolled in and see which version it is for so you will get compelete clarity.
