Welcome to ServiceNow-Form Task(Failed)

Greetings

While executing the Form Task lab in Welcome to ServiceNow it is showing failed as i'm doing this lab several times but it's not completing.

But while doing the VTB lab i'm able to see the form lab Problem as favourite.

why this happening?

can anyone help m.

Hi @bukyarajesh,

The error shows what you have missed from the task. You need to follow the steps exactly as mentioned below to complete task verification successfully.

Create a favourite for the mentioned Problem record.

If you have done it and it is not getting validated properly, you can retry after some time. Also you can raise a Case in ServiceNow University Help Centre with screenshots attached and they will look into it.

@bukyarajesh was it required to be impersonated for a specific user (e.g. platfrom_user)?
Verify this, eventually undo the favourite flag and do it again, sometimes it helps.

Let me know how it goes.

PS: this should not be any blocker, if you decide to skip it, the Lab can be completed at 80 % of the overall lab progress...
