What certificate next

Hi all,

I'm on my way to becoming a ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer. I'm wondering which certification I should pursue next.

I'm particularly interested in CMDB/CSM management and building integrations.

It depends on the interest area. You can choose projects like ITSM, GRC, or ITOM as well. Additionally, you can opt for micro-certifications in CMDB and CSDM, as you mentioned.
