In general its either 300 or 600$ which include a voucher for the certification in the end of the exam. the price difference is based on, if you would like both courses "Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand (San Diego)" and "Application Development Fundamentals On Demand" or just "Application Development Fundamentals On Demand". The last give you access to the voucher, but would recommend both courses, if you're not already familiar with scripting in ServiceNow.
