What is the response time for cases on Now Learning?

Is there a expected response time for Now Learning to come back to users via cases? I raised a case over three weeks regarding issues with a CIS exam and am still waiting on a response. I have since raised two new cases but none have been responded to. Does anyone know if there is any other way to get in touch with Now Learning?

It's tough to say what the exact response time is. In some cases, I received a reply within a day, while in others it took up to 3 days. Please keep following up for updates on your case.

There is no official SLA provided by ServiceNow for the  Now Learning Case, however, what i see they respond quicker, likely to be within 24-48 Hours from the case being raised.
