I am curious to know what is vanilla implementation in service now?
When service now gives instance, does to gives it integrated with AD (LDAP) and Exchange of customer?
Or customer has to do it by themselves?

Out of the box, there are LDAP examples, but they are not turned on. It is up to the customer to configure their own LDAP and get it running. There is no integration with Exchange, the Service Now host (being in the cloud) has it's own mail server and will merely send email to your users by the email address.

A 'vanilla' instance is by no means ready to deploy for a customer. Data feeds need to be configured (LDAP, SSO, groups. departments, etc), email notifications need to be configured / customized, ACLs need to be tweaked, etc.
