What should you know as a new ServiceNow Certified System Administrator? Are you looking to obtain or have you recently achieved your #ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification? With the ServiceNow Fundamentals Course and voucher (which is used to take the CSA exam) currently being offered for free (until the end of August), there has been a significant rise in new Certified ServiceNow System Administrators landing in the ecosystem.
