What should you know as a new ServiceNow Certified System Administrator?
Are you looking to obtain or have you recently achieved your #ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification?
With the ServiceNow Fundamentals Course and voucher (which is used to take the CSA exam) currently being offered for free (until the end of August), there has been a significant rise in new Certified ServiceNow System Administrators landing in the ecosystem. This is fantastic!
With that said, there are some things you should know as a brand new system administrator, such as: the different job routes you can pursue, the common misconception of what a system administrator actually does, should you know development, what can I do to differentiate myself from others, and other questions along these lines.
I've released a brand new video that covers some important information you should know!
Please check out the video and consider subscribing to my YouTube Channel: Allenovation (https://www.youtube.com/c/Allenovation) and sharing with your networks.
Thanks and take care! 🙂
